Random Shopping Haul! Ross,Rue 21, H&M, Dollar Tree & Bath & Body Works!

Hello Lovelies!!

It’s Friday and everyone knows Fridays are for shopping! (& Saturday and Sunday aaaand Monday . lol)

I could not get a hold of myself this month of the amazing sales everyone is having! I mean Semi- Annual Sale Galore is happening in just about every store!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin!

Let’s start off with my online orders!

So I’m always shopping off of Poshmark as you all know, and I found the cutest red and white polka dot heels!

So retro chic! They were originally listed for $30 but I offered $25 and the buyer accepted it. But I did not actually pay $25 because I had a couple of posh credits in my accounts meaning that I was only charged $14 to my card total!

                           I had a super happy mail day when my Cents of Style fashion tees came in the mail!

I love my ”Let it Go” graphic tee so much that I INSTANTLY bought three when they were on Jane.com!

It was so hard choosing what shirts to get but I decided on the , ”Stay Classy”,”Bless her Heart (<3)” and ”As If!”

(Excuse the wrinkles they’ve been in the mailing parcel til I wear them!)

                           So I was at my local mall and I always make sure to check Ross (especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when they add new stock) to see what new stuff they had!

*Hint hint* these next items may or may not be for you! 😉 (cough* future giveaway*)

Now I love shopping in the mornings as soon as the mall opens because there is no hassle of lines,but I had to get to work! I actually returned to the mall after work when I saw everyone walking out with bath and body works bags, but not just any bags, they were the special,”Semi-Annual Sale” kind of shopping bags!

EEK! So of course I was going to stock up on yummy fragrances for myself and my home!

They were also having a ”Flashback Fragrances” sale for just $3.50 each!

The sale was CRAZY! I scored $22.50 3 wick candles for just $5! And oh my ! Look what I found!

Nautical Inspired Candles?!! You know I had to snatch a couple up!

Speaking about nautical I went into Icing and they were having all their necklaces on sale for just $5! So I picked up this nautical necklace with these adorable nautical charms!

The super nice girl at the store saw how anchor crazed I was and she brought out from the backroom the most amazing sandals ever!!

They were navy and white striped anchor sandals!! YASS!!!!

Next stop is of course Rue 21 my go to place for dirt cheap (almost free) clothes!!

So I loved my blush tulle skirt so much that I went in and bought the black version !
I also scored these adorable patriotic sandals! (Which I’ve already worn like 5 times lol shhh dont tell!)

”She wore an itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polkadot.”.. cardigan?!

Hahaha yes I just had to! Plus it was really inexpensive!

Last but certainly not least is Dollar Tree!

Ever since I was a little kid I have had a love for shopping at Dollar Tree! (I mean come on everything’s a buck!)

So I picked up these cute anchor duct tapes!

I know you guys!!!! I have a problem!!

I ‘m not sure what exactly I’ll use them for but I’ll get back to ya!

$20 Oufit Challenge!!

Happy Pioneer Day to all my Utah followers! (Happy Thursday for everyone else lol)

I know, I know, The title is already sounding pretty crazy right?! I was inspired to do this challenge from watching a Youtube video on the $20 makeup challenge and saw that people changed it to the $20 Outfit Challenge! So pretty much you have to use your deal hunting skills to create an entire outfit, including shoes for $20 or less!  I was confident that I could find clothes for under $10 a piece but finding shoes under $10?! Now that’s a whole different story! I guess I could have gone cheap and bought dollar tree flip flops and called it a day but I really wanted to create something that I’d actually would wear on a daily basis. Most girls who did this tag went to their Forever 21 but ended up going over the budget.( Is it just me or is Forever 21 getting more expensive?) With that being said, I had initially thought to go to Rue 21. Now this was not only a $20 outfit challenge for me , it was also a 30 minute power shopping challenge since I had to get to work as well! To my surprise Rue 21 was having 50% OFF clearance items! (SCORE!) Right as I walked in I saw a ton of cute tops for just $3 a piece!

Yeah $3 tops!

I quickly grabbed the hot pink one and hurried to the skirts section. I found this adorable hot pink lip print midi skirt!!

So cute right?

Best part about it? It was only $9.99! I was in awe when I found $7  heels and flats! This was to good to be true! All their shoes and heels were just $7!!

$7 shoes? Um yes please

I bought these chic ankle strap black heels and couldn’t resist to pick up a couple of more pairs of flats! Later that night after work as I was trying on my outfit I really loved the way the skirt and top looked together but the shoes just didn’t seem to work with the midi skirt. So my shoe hunt begins again,but this time I really scored big time! I was at a local clearance warehouse looking at the shoes and these bad boys immediately caught my eye. Valentino was the first thing that popped in my head! They looked like the Valentino Rockstud pointed flats! In my head I was already at the checkout line purchasing them, being mentally prepared to shell out at least $20 bucks for them. To my surprise (again!) they were only $9.99!! So naturally I went ahead and picked up the nude ones as well! Surprise #3 came when the cashier was ringing me up and the screen said they were reduced to  $7 each! Yay!! $14 and some change I paid for both pairs!

So here’s the breakdown

Hot Pink Top : Rue 21—–> $3

Lip Print Midi Skirt : Rue 21—–> $9.99

Pearl Necklace : Thrifted—> .50cents

Black Studded Flats: Clearance Warehouse—-> $7.00

GRAND TOTAL : $20.49! Not exactly $20.00 but hey I was pretty close! lol

This was a super fun and exciting challenge for me and I would encourage you to try it out!!!

Free Bath and Body Works?!?

Yes you read right! There are several coupons for a free 3 wick candle ($22 value) and a free full size hand soap!
You must download the app Snip Snap to obtain the mobile coupons! I went to redeem my too good to be true coupons at Bath and Body Works and it totally worked! Even the cashier was shocked and downloaded the app right away. So the candle I picked up was Beach Cabana, not too sure it reminds me of the beach exactly but it smells like clean,fluffy towels with a hint of citrus. Either way the app is amazing and I’ve gotten so many freebies from it!
